Choose your entrée

Pork Schnitzel: Breaded pork cutlet, with your choice of pork gravy or mushroom cream sauce.
Chicken: Grilled chicken breast with sautéed mushrooms and Swiss cheese.
Salmon: Pan-seared salmon with a caper and dill cream sauce.

Salad · Menus 2 & 3

Choice of mixed green salad or Caesar salad.

Dessert · Menu 3

Warm apple fritters, served with crème anglaise and whipped cream.

Each entrée is served with glazed rainbow carrots and roasted herb potatoes.

Add warm pretzel buns and whipped butter for $3.00 per person.

Medieval Feast & Prime Rib

Medieval Feast

$65.00 per person

First course: Freshly made soup and bread.
Second course: Breaded pork cutlet, roasted pork shoulder, Thüringer-style bratwurst, roasted chicken, red cabbage, sauerkraut, spätzle, and roasted herb potatoes.
Third course: Warm apple fritters, served with crème anglaise and whipped cream.

$20.00 per child aged 6 to 12.
Children aged 5 and under eat for free.

Prime Rib Dinner

$75.00 per person

First course: Choice of mixed green salad or Caesar salad.
Second course: 10-ounce prime rib served with beef jus and horseradish. Each entrée is served with glazed rainbow carrots, mashed potatoes, and Yorkshire pudding.
Third course: Warm sticky toffee pudding, served with caramel sauce and whipped cream.

Add warm pretzel buns and whipped butter for $3.00 per person.
